Our company-funded HRA provides employees and their dependents with additional funds to cover co-pays, medical, dental and vision care fees etc., not covered by our Health Care Plan.

Our employees have the benefit of basic AD&D coverage with the option to purchase additional coverage on a pre-tax basis. Travel Accident Insurance is provided to our consulting staff.
- Short & Long-Term Disability
All or a portion of an employee’s salary is paid for periods of illness or injury requiring an employee to be away from the workplace.
- Long-Term Care
Our employees have the benefit of base level insurance for long-term care. Employees can elect to expand their coverage to include a spouse, children, parents or grandparents.
- Tuition Reimbursement
Our employees are encouraged to continue their professional growth through our tuition reimbursement program. This program is offered for business-related courses and degree programs.
In addition to our ESOP, employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) savings plan, allowing them to save additional funds for their future.
Tunnell’s Total Rewards and Recognition philosophy provides competitive compensation programs and “above market” rewards. In addition to base salary, some employees are eligible for variable incentives. Tunnell is a 100% employee-owned organization and, as such, all employees are eligible to participate in the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).
